Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Scope

BPSY-VetCare facilitates medicine delivery through our partner platform sikandar-medical.com and local supplier networks. We currently deliver veterinary medicines and livestock health products to all districts where we have active operations in Bihar and selected other states.

2. Delivery Timelines

Patna & nearby areas (within 30 km)	Same day or next day
Other active Bihar districts	2–4 working days
Remote/rural areas of Bihar	3–7 working days
Other states (where available)	5–10 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on local conditions, weather, or courier availability.

3. Delivery Charges

• Free delivery on orders above ₹500 for active BPSY members
• Standard delivery charges: ₹40–₹80 depending on location and order weight
• Emergency/urgent delivery: Additional charges may apply — contact helpline

4. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp on your registered mobile. You can track your order through the courier partner's website or by contacting our helpline.

5. Non-Delivery & Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery 2 more times. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned. A re-delivery charge may apply for subsequent attempts.

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as per our Refund Policy.
