Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BPSY-VetCare website (bpsy.ind.in) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Offered

BPSY-VetCare provides veterinary care subscription services, cattle telemedicine, health certificates, medicine delivery facilitation, dairy farm consultancy, training programs, franchisee opportunities and related services for livestock farmers in Bihar and other states.

3. Membership & Subscription

• Membership subscriptions are available for 5-animal and 10-animal plans on an annual basis
• Subscriptions are non-transferable and valid only for the registered farm/owner
• BPSY-VetCare reserves the right to modify subscription plans with 30 days prior notice
• Services under subscription are subject to availability of veterinary professionals in your district
• The interest-free loan eligibility (50% of animal value) is subject to 1 year of continuous subscription and bank approval

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Do not misuse the service or provide false livestock information
• Ensure animals are accessible to field workers and veterinarians at scheduled times
• Promptly inform BPSY-VetCare of any changes in your contact details or livestock numbers

5. Employment & Job Applications

BPSY-VetCare and OYMOM Health Private Limited never charge any fee for recruitment or job placement. All job applications are free. Any person or agency claiming to charge fees on behalf of BPSY-VetCare for employment is committing fraud. Report such cases immediately to +91-7635050371 or ceo@oymom.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on bpsy.ind.in including logos, text, images, documents and branding belongs to OYMOM Health Private Limited or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

BPSY-VetCare provides veterinary guidance and support services. We are not liable for any animal mortality, health outcomes, or financial losses arising from use or non-use of our services. Our liability in any event is limited to the subscription fee paid by the user.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.

Refund Policy

9. Subscription Refunds

Scenario	Refund Eligibility
Cancellation within 7 days of subscription (no services used)	Full refund minus processing fee
Cancellation after 7 days but before first checkup	75% refund
Cancellation after first checkup is conducted	No refund
Service not available in your district	Full refund
Technical error / duplicate payment	Full refund within 7 working days

10. Medicine & Product Orders

For medicines ordered through our platform (sikandar-medical.com or partner stores):

• Damaged or defective products: Full refund or replacement within 48 hours of delivery
• Wrong product delivered: Full refund or exchange within 48 hours
• Opened medicine packaging: Not eligible for refund (per pharmaceutical regulations)

11. How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
